An accounting firm based in Makati is looking for an ADMIN ASSISTANT.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office documents, including filing and record keeping.
- Compile and pack compliance documents, permits, legal files, and forms for turnover
- Prepare Official Receipts and Transmittal Forms
- Scanning and Printing of Documents
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Send and receive incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. (through LBC, Lalamove or Grab)
- Check preparation
- Answer incoming calls and forward concerns to the appropriate department
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Office Management/ Ensure compliance with company policies, proper handling of equipment in order to maintain a safe and clean office environment.
- Support the accounting team in filling out application forms, bank forms etc.
- Other admin tasks as deemed necessary including but not limited to notaries, bank deposits, payment of association dues, payment of electric bill, delivery of requested files to the client.
Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be knowledgeable &/or familiar with the use of Google applications such as Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Drive
- Must be able to operate a computer, basic printer, and scanner
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
- Has Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to learn new skills
- Willing to report onsite in Makati and to do fieldwork (e.g. transacting with government offices, as needed)
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
