Qualifications:
- Must be graduate of any four-year course in a reputable university or college
- With at least 4 years experience in property management/office management
- Above average communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software is required
- Must be customer-service oriented person
- Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of members and other business units to meet or exceed their expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
Job Description
- Provides all necessary administrative assistance to the AVP-Property Management, Building Admin Manager, other Building Admin personnel and Tenants.
- The Property Admin Officer shall handle concerns from clients and assist in liaising with tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Facilitates processing of all administrative related documents. Maintains accurate records for all transactions related to budget vs expenses analysis.
- Preparation of necessary documents for internal operation, external customers, supporting documents for permits and licenses processing and contractors.
- Assist on preparation of billings of third-party service providers, service contractor, checking of DTR of 3rd party service providers as well as maintaining of daily reports from Maintenance, Security and other related reports.
- Assist in scheduling of meetings, in-house activities, and other errands related to his/her job function and Building Administration Group
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
