We're Hiring: Admin Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our team in maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support.

Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Admin Assistant
What You'll Do:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
Handle incoming communications and direct them appropriately
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
Assist in onboarding new employees and managing office supplies
Maintain filing systems and organize company records efficiently
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
