Role Summary
The Network Account Lead (NAL) will lead a team of Network Account Managers and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all Pfizer Philippines' strategic objectives with all channels – Retail, Private hospital and Government Hospital, Distributors and Sub-Distributors, with a primary focus to drive the improvement on Pfizer's medicines and vaccines' availability in all appropriate Channels,

The strategic business objectives are aimed towards increasing business revenue by expanding source of business including and not limited to the Economic accounts through business contracting, value prepositions through negotiating partnerships and creating & negotiating value propositions to business partners.

Role Responsibilities

  • NAML will also play an instrumental role in exploring business opportunity for vaccines in private channel through partnership.
  • The NAL will work directly with the C-Suite partners for ACO accounts and key chain accounts eg Mercury.
  • The NAML will need to plan/ and deliver the budget for Economic accounts (which are independent from the HRMs).
  • To lead business project and related activities to establish positive business outcome with respective key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strategizing and implementing stakeholder engagement plan through alignment with internal taskforce and external stakeholders
  • To collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Corporate Affairs and Market Access teams in developing the execution plan for medicines and vaccines in all channels, including non-traditional channels
  • To identify marketable information through multi-engagement for strategic implementation of Pfizer portfolio activities in line with national healthcare campaigns and Public-Private Partnership initiatives.
  • Independently track and monitor public and private funding and regulation for data analysis and to forecast the impact of the revised regulations toward business objective not limited to the identification of opportunities as well as risks; to effectively business strategies and tactical plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to capitalize funding and acts as an enabler to develop and grow category business model in generating new or expand business accounts and opportunities in both government and private channel.
  • Strengthen the company's relationships with key health department and with the coalitions with KOLs
  • Alignment with internal & external stakeholders to meet the overall direction and integrity of all projects
  • Managing project risks, including development of contingency plans
  • Plans, manages and supports activities to raise awareness of vaccine/vaccination to HCPs/vaccinators or public in collaboration with customers
  • Identify Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network
  • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action
  • Disseminate information via multi- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel
  • Ensure customer service and support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions
  • Problem-solve complex account/ institution challenges related to billing and product procurement with stakeholders
  • Analyze current contracts, identify opportunities and execute contracts with customers.
  • Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross functional team to provide responses and input.
  • Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas
  • Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas (eg to establish and optimize cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures)

Qualifications
10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing/key account management

  • Has at least 4 years of People Management experience with proven success in leading big tea ms
  • Bachelor degree and strong business acumen and analysis skills
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display a can-do attitude with highly self-motivated.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
  • Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
  • Proven account management experiences in Pfizer priority accounts list
