The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the sales team (Medical Representatives) and ensuring that targets are met through the execution of approved strategies and programs.

  • Account Retention Rate: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account clients assigned to the National Sales Manager.
  • Timely and Complete Submission: Provide operational reports as needed for the sales team.
  • Launch Planning Collaboration: Offer insights on market needs and demands by staying updated on industry trends and practices learned from the field.
  • Marketing Implementation Rate: Ensure the execution of marketing activities and assess their effectiveness.
  • Call Performance: Ensure that call metrics are met.
  • Timely Submission of Comprehensive Targets: Set targets at the district and territory levels.
  • Training Program and Implementation: Identify training needs and conduct or facilitate training sessions.
  • Issuance of Performance Improvement Plans: Create and implement plans aimed at enhancing performance.
