Your Role at a Glance:
Be part of our client's team as a National Sales Assistant, where you'll ensure accuracy in orders, support ad campaigns through processing and quality checks, assist with billing and reports, liaise on national sales requests, and provide backup for your team-driving smooth, high-performing advertising operations.

Qualifications That Make You Shine:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Ability to use Wrike (a plus)
- Knowledge of Veritone (a plus)
- Skilled at written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of Salesforce
- Excellent ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines, and financial pressures
- Flexible and creative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others
- Understanding of media sales needs (a plus)
What You'll Do Every Day:
- Partner with other sales support professionals to help ensure the accuracy of all orders that come through the region
- Ensure success for ad campaigns through order processing, revisions, and quality assurance
- Assist financial department with special billing requests
- Carefully process and articulate appropriate Accounts Receivable reports, spot times analytics, aircheck gathering, screenshots
- Potentially liaise with market-specific POCs on vetting and executing national sales requests, including endorsements, promotions, sweepstakes
- Be a team player and provide backup support for other NSAs on your team
