About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Freight Management Worldwide Services', you will play a vital role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships with our key clients. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you manage and expand our most strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients through regular communication and proactive account management
  • Understand client needs and objectives, then devise customised solutions to meet their logistics and supply chain requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms, service level agreements and pricing structures to secure lucrative deals that benefit both the client and the company
  • Oversee the implementation of new services or changes to existing contracts, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow revenue from your accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide senior management with regular performance updates and recommend strategies to strengthen key client relationships

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key corporate clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure favourable contract terms
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive results
  • Thorough understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management best practices
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
