The Jr. Account Manager builds strong client relationships and delivers customized IT and system solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage client needs from consultation through implementation, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role combines technical knowledge with sales strategy to support business growth through solution design, project management, and market awareness.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients to gain their trust and engagement.

Serve as the main contact and advisor, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Sales and Technical Support

Understand client business needs and provide tailored IT and system solutions.

Use your technical sales experience to help design solutions and position products effectively.

Client Requirements

Gather, document, and manage client requirements accurately.

Ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Coordination and Communication

Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) and external partners (vendors, etc.).

Keep communication smooth throughout all project stages.

Branding and Strategy

Help develop and implement branding strategies with company leaders and product partners.

Support efforts to improve market presence and business growth.

Sales Planning and Execution

Prepare customized proposals, manage quotes, and negotiate contracts.

Identify new sales opportunities and upsell within existing accounts.

Project Oversight

Coordinate solution delivery and ensure services are completed on time.

Maintain client satisfaction through regular follow-up and support.

Market and Product Awareness

Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.

Share feedback with internal teams to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of __ years of relevant experience.
