Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  2. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  3. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
  4. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  5. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  6. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  7. Monitor customer reactions
  8. Devise innovative growth strategies
  9. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, communication, advertising or related fields is preferred;
  2. 5 years or more of brand management experience, with overseas experience in the Philippines preferred;
  3. Possess strategic thinking and execution capabilities, and be skilled in cross-departmental collaboration;
  4. Fluent in English, familiar with local culture and mainstream media platforms in the Philippines;
  5. Responsible, good at communication, and with strong adaptability to pressure.
  6. Both Local and Expat candidates are available.

  5. 监控品牌关键指标(KPI),持续优化品牌表现与用户体验。
  6. 支持新产品/服务的市场推广,确保品牌一致性与市场渗透。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播、广告等相关专业优先;
  2. 5年及以上品牌管理经验,有海外市场(菲律宾)经验者优先;
  3. 具备战略思维与落地执行能力,擅长跨部门协作;
  4. 英语流利,熟悉菲律宾本地文化和主流媒体平台;
  5. 有责任心,善于沟通,具备较强抗压能力
  6. 本地或外籍候选人均可
