What We're Looking For:

Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.A high level of adaptability to embrace new tools, technologies, and procedures.Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed
