About the role

As a Marketing Officer at Hyundai Laguna Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing communications strategy. Based in Binan City Laguna, this full-time position will see you responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns to effectively promote Hyundai's products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print and events
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalise on marketing opportunities
  • Analysing campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and guide future marketing plans
  • Creating engaging content such as social media posts, website copy and marketing collateral
  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Providing marketing support and guidance to other departments as needed

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing communications role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO and analytics
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with the ability to conceptualise and execute visually appealing campaigns
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field
