About the role

Hyundai Laguna Inc. is seeking a skilled Warranty Processor to join our team in Binan City Laguna. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of vehicle warranty claims, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and success of our automotive dealership.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Liaise with customers, service technicians, and the manufacturer to gather necessary information and documentation
  3. Analyse warranty claims to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all warranty-related activities
  5. Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless warranty claim processing
  6. Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the warranty claim process

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warranty processing or automotive customer service role
  2. Strong understanding of automotive warranty policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in data entry and the use of warranty management software
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  7. Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes is preferred
