About the role

Hyundai Laguna Inc. is seeking a full-time IT Staff to join our growing team in Binan City Laguna. This pivotal role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of new IT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related problems
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of IT support activities
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common software applications
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Certification in IT support or a relevant technical field would be an advantage
