I.S.A Health Solutions LLC is a U.S.-based home health care company dedicated to providing high-quality and compliant patient care. We are expanding our offshore operations and seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse from the Philippines to support our U.S. clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and agency standards.
  • Identify documentation issues and coordinate corrections with nurses and clinicians.
  • Maintain QA tracking logs and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager and clinical team to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine license.
  • Minimum 1 year of QA, chart review, or home health documentation experience.
  • Familiarity with OASIS and home health documentation is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
