Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing on websites and software applications to ensure superior quality and functionality before release. You will be expected to identify, document, and track issues accurately while collaborating closely with the development and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual QA testing of websites and software applications.
  • Follow established Test Checklists and ensure all items are properly validated.
  • Attend and actively participate in project kickoffs to understand requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed Test Cases for assigned projects.
  • Test applications thoroughly, identify issues, and report them accurately through our QA database.
  • Log, track, regress, and close bugs in the tracking system.
  • Provide regular status updates to the QA and project teams.
  • Report directly to the Senior QA Specialist for guidance and updates.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards prior to release.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in game, application, or software quality assurance testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA testing functions and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with QA terminologies and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when logging bugs, writing, and following test plans and cases.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
