We're now seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
Role Summary:
We're hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to review 20–50 appointment sales calls per day, ensuring booking qualifications are met and appointments are properly set. You'll work closely with our operations team to tag issues, verify booking details, and help maintain excellence in every call.
Responsibilities:
-Review 20–50 appointment sales calls daily.
-Verify key qualification criteria.
-Help improve the quality of our appointment setters calls when information is missing.
-Mark verified calls with a "seal of approval" in our system.
-Maintain documentation of trends, coaching points, and compliance notes.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment.
-High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
-Background in sales-focused call centers preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and independent working style.
-Appointment setting and Data Analytics experiences are a plus.
