About the role

Join our dynamic team at High Tech Smart Solutions as a Local Collections Specialist. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in our collections efforts, working to recover outstanding debts and maintain positive customer relationships. Based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office, you will be an integral part of our customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Contacting customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate settlement plans
  2. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
  3. Identifying opportunities to recover debt and implementing effective collections strategies
  4. Providing excellent customer service and finding mutually beneficial solutions
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless collections process
  6. Continuously improving collections processes and identifying areas for optimization

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a collections or customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify effective collections strategies
  4. Proficient in using collections software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  6. Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
