Position: Area Account Manager Modern Trade

Overall Objectives:

Drive sales growth and profitability on assign territory/account through effective execution of key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management - Develop and nurture solid, trusting relationship with key clients ensuring long term satisfaction and loyalty

Strategic Planning - Create and implement strategic account programs aligned with clients' goals and leverage on available internal resources to achieve success

Internal Coordinator - Acts as a liaison between clients and internal departments (PM, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, After-sales) ensuring high quality services are delivered to client

Problem Solving - Primary escalation person for client issues and complaints, providing effective solutions that is mutually beneficial to both parties

Growth and Profitability - Identifies opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.

Contract and Budget Management - Negotiates contracts with clients, establish performance metrics, and manage internal and external budget related to account. Secures that all agreements are fair for both parties

Reporting and analysis - Tracks, analyzes and reports on account key metrics, progress and quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders and for future case studies

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any 4-year degree course.

Minimum of a four-year undergraduate program.
