Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Area Manager based in Metro Manila. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple Cocopan branches, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising and mentoring staff, managing inventory and sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining operational efficiency across branches. The Area Manager will also play a key role in planning and implementing new store launches and expansion strategies.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff and overseeing multiple locations
  • Proven experience in inventory management and sales target achievement
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, with knowledge of digital marketing and in-store promotions
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity or 5 years of experience in a managerial role ideally in the retail or food and beverage sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Adaptable and able to work different environments, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Passionate about the food and retail industry.
