Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify invoice information, including pricing, quantities, and discounts.
- Ensure proper coding and documentation of invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding invoicing issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
