Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
  • Expertise in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
