The Finance Associate (FMS Analyst) is responsible for the processing of billing invoices in relation to the approved purchasing and receiving document, with the objective of accurately and timely recording of expenses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Invoices Processing

  • Reviews and validates Purchase Order (PO) of Outright, Consignment and/or Concessionaire to ensure completeness of supporting documents. Matches the PO amount with the corresponding purchase and delivery documents.
  • Prepares accounts payable voucher and debit memo for charging of various Local Trade payables, it includes verification, validation, summarizing and photocopying of documents as attachment to DMs.
  • Responds to internal and external customer queries like answering phone calls from the suppliers and employees about their checks/ payments or outstanding accounts due to them.

Minimum Education:

College degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Economics/ Business Administration, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
