  • Responsible for developing proposals, project plans, and design reports in the development and implementation of microenterprise development and social welfare loan programs aligned with the priorities, directions, and strategies of the Organization.
  • Manages the product program that includes in planning, collaboration among units/groups in the timely and effective execution of product programs.
  • Enhance and develop policies based on gathered and analyzed data.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to program staff, delegating tasks and ensuring high-performance
  • Conducts regular program reviews, analyzes data, and prepares progress reports for management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to continuously improve program quality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Management
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience in project or program development and management.
  • Willing and able to conduct field visits in several areas
  • Good in both oral and written communication skills
  • Result-oriented, dynamic, analytical and flexible
  • Proactive, flexible, and socially adept in dealings with all walks of life
  • Able to evaluate and analyze data information.
  • With entrepreneurial skills (exposure to business is a plus)
  • Highly proficient in computer (MS Office and Canva)
  • Willing to assign in Makati
