Responsibilities:

The Artificial Intelligence Program Manager will be leading the enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative. Reporting to the Enterprise Analytics Director, this leader will oversee the adoption, integration, and development of AI solutions across Commercial, Operations, and Corporate Services, ensuring that AI becomes a key enabler of business value, operational agility, and human-centric innovation.

The Program Manager will spearhead both the deployment of best-in-class AI technologies and the build of proprietary AI capabilities, working closely with the Digital Transformation Office, Analytics Centre of Excellence, and business stakeholders.

In addition, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that empower employees to understand and harness AI effectively in their roles.

  • AI Transformation Leadership: Develop, execute, and refine the AI transformation roadmap, in alignment with the company's strategic objective of embedding AI-driven intelligence throughout value chains.
  • Program Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from proof of concept through production rollout and change management, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Corporate Services, and IT leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high- value AI use cases. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across business units.
  • Adoption & Change Management: Drive cultural and organizational change to establish "AI + people" as the operational standard. Oversee digital and AI upskilling programs and foster a data-driven, innovative culture.
  • Build & Buy Strategy: Balance the development of proprietary AI platforms (e.g., agentic AI architectures like DiVA) with the adoption of best-in-class external solutions (e.g., Blue Yonder, analytics platforms). Formalize frameworks for engaging with AI vendors and partners.
  • AI Governance & Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., digital maturity, AI adoption rates, OKR achievement, user engagement) to track progress and ensure ROI. Oversee adherence to data governance and model reliability standards.
  • Platform & Infrastructure Scaling: Partner with IT and Analytics COE to strengthen foundational technology stacks, including data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and reusable AI models/APIs for scalable deployment.
  • Innovation & Value Delivery: Lead pilots and scale-up of new AI-driven business use cases, ensuring continuous learning, feedback, and refinement of solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Build and inspire cross-functional teams of AI specialists, business analysts, and change champions. Provide mentorship and clear direction to maximize impact.
  • Learning Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive AI learning programs tailored to various roles and business functions. Ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt and leverage AI in their workflows
  • Accountability Over Results/Resources: Meet the yearly objective set and approved by the Department / Corporate Office

Requirements:

 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

 Minimum 7 years' experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.

 Proven track record in delivering large, complex AI/analytics programs with measurable business outcomes.

 Strategic thinker with business acumen.

 Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, solution architectures (e.g., agentic AI, self-service analytics), and digital adoption strategies.

 Experience balancing internal development with vendor management and external technology adoption.

 Familiarity with digital maturity frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement (e.g., DQ Score, OKRs, adoption KPIs).

 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

 Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and mobilize cross-functional teams for digital and cultural transformation.

 High degree of organizational agility, strategic thinking, and problem-solving acumen.

 Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, preferably in AI or digital transformation contexts.
