Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Estimator with a background in Civil Engineering to perform accurate construction takeoffs and cost estimating for residential and commercial projects in Florida (FL) and Arizona (AZ). The ideal candidate has US-based project experience—preferably in Florida—and a strong understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud and other estimating tools for documentation and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate project cost data and timelines.
  • Ensure estimates align with project budgets and schedules.
  • Maintain organized records of takeoffs and estimate revisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction estimating and takeoffs for US projects (Florida experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, following a full EST schedule.
  • No supplier-facing tasks required.
