Job Description:

A Tile Installation Company is seeking an experienced Tile Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and preparing accurate take-offs for tile projects of various sizes.

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and blueprints to prepare detailed and accurate material and labor estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for.
• Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to clarify project details and confirm pricing.
• Prepare bid proposals and assist in project budgeting.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and submitted bids.
• Use Bluebeam or comparable tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in estimating.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tile or construction estimating and take-offs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software.
