About the role

We are looking for a results-driven and people-oriented Channel Sales Manager to lead our commercial air conditioning (CAC) business in the Visayas region. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on team leadership, driving sales performance and expanding our dealer network across key cities and provinces.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee channel sales operations in the Visayas region
  • Manage and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and dealers
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, service) to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Lead PSI management, sales forecasting, and pipeline tracking
  • Organize training and product knowledge sessions for dealers and frontliners
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and action plans

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in HVAC or consumer electronics
  • Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams and dealer networks
  • Strong understanding of Visayas market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
