Are you a highly driven sales professional with a passion for enterprise software? We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to champion our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions in the vibrant Cebu and Visayas market. This is a chance to join a growing team and play a key role in helping businesses transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones, focusing on our ERP software offerings.

Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our ERP solutions can drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.

Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our ERP products, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales activities and market performance.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in selling ERP, SaaS, or other complex B2B software solutions. Experience in the Cebu market is a significant advantage.

Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR, and how they are integrated within an ERP system.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Drive & Mindset: A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently to meet sales quotas.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
