About the role

As the Regional Manager at Bayanilife Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's operations across multiple retail locations in the Central Luzon region. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in ensuring the continued success and growth of the business in this key market.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive performance and profitability across the regional network of stores
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of regional staff, including store managers, to ensure efficiency, productivity and adherence to company policies
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Liaise with the central head office to report on regional operations and collaborate on strategic initiatives
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for expansion, new product/service offerings and enhanced customer experience in the region
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture across the regional team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • 5 years of proven experience in a multi-site retail or consumer products management role
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and financial performance across a regional network
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and the capacity to work effectively with both regional and head office stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Retail & Consumer Products industry and the Central Luzon market
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or a related field
