Job Responsibilities

The Regional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of the workflow system to ensure that parks within the assigned cluster are well-maintained. This includes:

  • Ensuring flawless execution of maintenance, interment, and digging operations in accordance with company standards.
  • Providing leadership and direction to all Park Superintendents to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high degree of readiness for operational needs.
  • Reviewing and improving existing practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of park operations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand and deliver client needs.
  • Monitoring park conditions and addressing operational concerns promptly.
  • Preparing operational reports and recommendations for management review.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in park maintenance, interment, and digging operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of people internally and externally.
  • Willing to undergo extensive training in all aspects of park maintenance, interment, and digging operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to command, guide, and work effectively with subordinates.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
