The Night Manager Role

Join the team at La Maja Rica Hotel as a Night Manager, working full-time in our Tarlac City, Tarlac location. In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the security and upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hotel's overnight operations, including check-ins, check-outs and guest requests
  • Monitor hotel security and address any issues or emergencies that may arise
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on the hotel's overnight activities
  • Assist with the training and supervision of the night shift team
  • Liaise with the day management team to ensure a seamless transition between shifts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a night management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • With Hotel Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to handle emergencies and unexpected situations
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively during overnight hours
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience
  • Ability to handle stress and manage emergencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservation systems and accounting software.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Male or female
