Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Media Buyer, located in Taguig with some work from home flexibility. The Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including media planning, executing media buying strategies, and developing media strategies that align with clients' goals. Effective communication and strong analytical skills are key as the individual will analyze media performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Manage daily budgets and ensure efficient ad spend
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPAs, CTRs, ROAS) and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand goals
  • Stay updated on new ad formats, platform trends, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
  • Experience in in-platform ads (Shopee and Lazada) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience handling eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
