Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Talent Sourcing Collaboration
- Onboarding Program Design & Implementation
- Learning & Development Program Oversight
- Employee Engagement (L&D Focus)
- Policy Implementation (Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D)
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically responsible for leading Recruitment, Onboarding, & L&D
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
