Key Responsibilities:
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management, aiming to resolve issues constructively.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into workplace conflicts, misconduct, or policy violations.
- Policy Implementation & Guidance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, promoting positive workplace behavior and understanding of policies.
- Employee Support: Offer counseling and support to employees on various work-related issues and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to employee relations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically responsible for Employee Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
- Experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Can start ASAP.
