Key Responsibilities:

  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management, aiming to resolve issues constructively.
  • Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into workplace conflicts, misconduct, or policy violations.
  • Policy Implementation & Guidance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, promoting positive workplace behavior and understanding of policies.
  • Employee Support: Offer counseling and support to employees on various work-related issues and concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to employee relations to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically responsible for Employee Relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP.
