Human Resource Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while developing professional skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will assist the Human Resource Department in carrying out day-to-day HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. You will gain valuable exposure to the end-to-end HR process and work closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help facilitate employee orientation and training programs.
- Support HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and employee records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
