Job Summary

The HR & Operations Administrative Assistant provides support to both the HR and Operations departments. The role ensures that employee records, store reports, and administrative documents are properly filed, encoded, and submitted on time. This position reports directly to the Operations Admin and plays a key role in maintaining compliance, documentation, and smooth coordination between stores and management.


Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in HR documentation: employee contracts, 201 files, training records, and attendance sheets.

·      Prepare and file government compliance documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE forms).

·      Monitor timekeeping and daily attendance of store crew.

·      Handle admin tasks such as encoding of expense vouchers, receipts, and inventory logs.

·      Coordinate with store supervisors regarding supplies requests, crew schedules, and store reports.

·      Maintain up-to-date records of employee leaves, evaluations, and memos.

·      Support the onboarding and training process (printing forms, collecting requirements, tracking completion).

·      Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR and operations data.

·      Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned by management.


Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).

·      With at least 1–2 years experience in HR, admin, or operations support (preferably from F&B, retail, or service industry).

·      Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or MS Office tools.

·      Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

·      Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.

·      Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.


Compensation & Benefits

·      Competitive salary: ₱22,000–₱25,000/month (based on experience)
