Strategic Planning:

Developing HR strategies to align with organizational objectives and anticipate future workforce needs.

Recruitment and Hiring:

Managing the entire process of attracting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.

Policy Development:

Creating, implementing, and overseeing HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance.

Employee Relations:

Serving as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, mediating disputes, and addressing disciplinary issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administering employee benefits programs, salary reviews, and other compensation initiatives.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, developing programs, and organizing sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

Performance Management:

Supporting and overseeing the performance review process and developing programs to improve employee experience and retention.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining a safe and diverse work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
