Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support HR and recruitment activities (scheduling, scanning, record-keeping)
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and trainings
  • Coordinate with different departments for internal requests
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized work environment
  • Perform other administrative support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR, or related courses
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment
