We are looking for an Admin Intern to support our administrative and office operations. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in office management, hospitality, and corporate support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support HR and recruitment activities (scheduling, scanning, record-keeping)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and trainings
- Coordinate with different departments for internal requests
- Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized work environment
- Perform other administrative support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR, or related courses
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment
