Business Development Manager
The Affinity Marketing Business Development Manager is responsible for sales targets by securing new partnership agreements within the target market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is for our Affinity Channel which partners with top business brands through marketing partnerships
- Identifies target markets and negotiates with decision-makers
- Develops distribution strategies and products with partners
- Manages end-to-end processes such as sales, billing, and customer service
- Analyzes program results and maximizes existing partnerships
- Ensures achievement of distribution and financial plans
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Business Development experience (experience in insurance or financial industry is an advantage)
- Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably in Business Management but not required
- Has strong organizational, social and analytical skills
- Has project and account management skills
