Mandarin Talent Acquisition Support (Fixed Dayshift Schedule)

Job Details

  • Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to evaluate candidates using behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview impressions
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates for subsequent interviews
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment to fulfill the company's manpower needs
  • Create and post job openings on various online platforms and the company's website
  • Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and explain the employee handbook
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as needed
