Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
  • This is an entry-level position that involves providing support to the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and initial screening
  • The successful candidate will also participate in recruitment projects and initiatives, actively contributing to team efforts
Responsibilities
  1. Assist in maintaining organized and accurate recruitment records for analysis
  2. Contribute to the interview and assessment processes for candidates
  3. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies
  4. Collaborate with the team on creating and implementing workforce planning strategies
  5. Support the onboarding process for new hires
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in a recruitment support role
  • Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement
