About the role

Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Translator Mandarin Secretary to join our team. In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing seamless translation and secretarial support to our Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness
  • Provide secretarial support, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking clients and our internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the office

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent translation and interpretation skills
  • Proven experience as a translator, secretary, or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
