We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and coordinate recruiting activities for the APAC Talent Acquisition Team. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates regionally, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at Thomson Reuters.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly is key to success in this role. About the Role:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:Assist with job postings on various career sites, job boards, and media
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
Manage complex interview scheduling across departments and functions
Contribute to hiring process awareness and guide candidates through recruitment
Partner with hiring teams to share best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience
Manage end-to-end background checks, recruitment-related vendor management, and invoices
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Generate and prepare recruitment reports related to talent acquisition
Provide administrative support to the TA TeamAbout You:Ideally, you should possess:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday is a plus
Effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
