Ey is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Job
  • This is a critical role that will drive business growth through effective talent acquisition and management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Building strong relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and job boards, to access diverse pools of talent.
  4. Conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the talent landscape.
  5. Presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct thorough market analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership.
