A US company that is setting up a shared services center in Taguig is building its core Talent Acquisition team, from Associate to Senior leadership level roles. The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for executing the strategic direction and oversight of the Talent Acquisition function of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Manila. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Essential Functions Implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance the quality of hire, improve retention, and reduce time and cost per hire. Collaborate with hiring managers, executive leaders, and Human Resources staff to effectively and timely meet staffing needs, providing guidance to leadership as needed. Manage and supervise Talent Acquisition team members, including training, coaching, conducting mid-year and annual reviews, and initiating counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Initiate and maintain technology solutions to improve efficiencies in recruiting operations, ensuring the team has the tools needed for success. Manage vendor relationships related to applicant tracking, relocation, screening programs, and other recruitment-related services to optimize the hiring process. Provide internal training on technical and advanced interviewing techniques to all levels of management, facilitating learning communities for new leaders and conducting orientation sessions.
Interpret Human Resources policies and practices, effectively communicating them to managers and employees to ensure compliance and understanding across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and over eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources; high preference for graduates with latin honors or academic distiction. Over eight (8) years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
Experience in high-volume staffing and/or workforce planning methodologies in a global shared services environment Experience in leading teams or projects effectively. Preferably with exposure to CRM - Phenom, ATS – Workday, Excel Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent leadership assessment and interviewing skills applicable to all levels of positions. Proven ability to partner with TA partners stateside to address specific needs and align with corporate strategy.
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Commitment to a person-centered, faith-based, mission-centered philosophy.
