Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants and hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data reporting tools.
