Role Description

As a Senior Consultant, you own solution delivery from discovery to go-live while mentoring junior model builders. You will shape the roadmap, architect Anaplan models, orchestrate complex data integrations, and advise finance leaders on best-in-class planning and treasury processes. Your work turns disconnected spreadsheets into real-time, driver-based decision platforms that power data-driven insights and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total relevant experience, including 3+ years leading Anaplan or comparable EPM implementations.
  • Proven ownership of multi-workstream projects in FP&A, supply-chain, treasury, or consolidation.
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes (budgeting, rolling forecast, cash flow, FX risk, working capital).
  • Hands-on data integration & ETL know-how (flat files, APIs, SQL).
  • Strong consulting skills in requirement facilitation, storytelling, executive presentation, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching mindset; ability to guide diverse teams across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel / adjust hours to meet critical client deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Certifications: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner.
  • Cross-Platform EPM expertise (SAP SAC, Oracle FCCS/PBCS, OneStream, Planful).
  • Familiarity with PFRS / GAAP consolidation, transfer-pricing, or tax provisioning.
  • Experience with integration platforms (Informatica, Workato, Dell Boomi) or Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or VBA for advanced analytics/automation.
  • Industry specialization (e.g., financial services, CPG, manufacturing, healthcare).
  • Growth and continuous learning mindset.
