About the role

Join our team at RF Celfo Financial Consultancy as a full-time Encoder. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing various types of data to support our financial consultancy services. Leveraging your strong data entry and word processing skills, you will be an integral part of our operations in our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately entering data from a variety of sources into our systems
  2. Formatting and proofreading documents to ensure high-quality output
  3. Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
  4. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  2. Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office applications
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under deadlines
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar data entry or administrative role
