Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Financial Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them in achieving their financial security and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
  • Solution Recommendation: Recommend and customize suitable insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions.
  • Quotation and Policy Explanation: Provide accurate product quotations and clearly articulate policy terms, conditions, and benefits to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular financial reviews.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year program) from an accredited university.
  • Experience: No prior financial services experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure: Must be willing to successfully complete the required licensure examinations administered by the Insurance Commission (paid training provided).
  • Technical: Access to a personal laptop or tablet is required.
  • Location: Must be a Filipino citizen currently based in Metro Manila.

Employment Details
  • Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
  • Expected Weekly Commitment: At least 15 hours per week (flexible and self-directed).
