About the Role

GreenDevelopment Sustainable Solutions, Inc. (GreenDev) is seeking a
Financial Business Consultant
to design and implement a robust system for
profitability monitoring, cash-flow management, and performance-based financial tracking
.

The consultant will work alongside our
in-house accounting team
(Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff) and our
retained accounting firm
to streamline reporting, strengthen financial visibility, and establish tools that support management decisions and bonus computations.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who can combine
strategic analysis with systems design
, ensuring every peso earned, spent, or invested contributes directly to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess existing financial management workflows and reporting structures (AR, AP, budgeting, and accounting).
  • Design and implement a
    profitability and cash-flow monitoring system
    , integrated with performance-based bonus tracking.
  • Develop dashboards and templates for
    Profit & Loss (P&L)
    ,
    Cash Flow
    , and
    Budget vs. Actual
    reporting.
  • Evaluate the company's
    financial health
    , cost structure, and overall
    efficiency of retained accounting services
    .
  • Strengthen linkages between
    finance, accounting, and project operations
    for better forecasting and fund allocation.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost efficiency, working capital, and overall business profitability.
  • Maintain the highest level of
    confidentiality
    and
    professional discretion
    in handling financial information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years
    of progressive experience in
    financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
    ,
    business finance
    , or
    financial systems development
    .
  • Proven experience in
    cash-flow management, profitability tracking, and performance-based reporting
    .
  • Skilled in developing
    finance dashboards or tools
    (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with
    consulting, engineering, or project-based organizations
    is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
  • Integrity, accountability, and discretion in dealing with sensitive company information.
